FREE TOURS Free Tours operate regularly at fixed times and meeting points. They are designed especially for the enjoyment of individual travelers and small groups (fewer than 7). They run on a tip-based basis only. There is no fixed advance price, there are no costs to join the tour. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 mins before. Groups of 8 or more should contact us about booking. LATENESS If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will not be possible to join the tour. Please arrive 5 mins before the start time. DENYING PARTICIPATION Participation in tours organized by Perfect European Tours is strictly voluntary. The guide and the company reserve the right to deny participation to anybody for any reason at any time (for example being under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, being disruptive, offensive, or rude ect.) RISK When organizing tours, we do our best to keep risk to a minimum. However, there are things we cannot control. Therefore, at Perfect Europen Tours, its partners and employees assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience sustained by any person using its services, nor to their property. UNDER AGE PARTICIPANTS All guests below the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. ID It is a legal requirement to carry your original ID in Hungary at all times. PRIVACY Perfect European Tours collects some data from our guests and reserves the right to use some of it for marketing and research purposes only. We will never sell data entrusted to us to any third party. FORGOTTEN ITEMS/PERSONAL POSSESSIONS We are not liable for your personal possessions, or missing or lost items, your things are your responsibility. CHANGES Please note that any changes to the tour program due to unexpected changes in the opening hours of the visited sites or traffic restrictions are reserved. DRINKING AND SMOKING The consumption of alcohol in the streets of Budapest is forbidden. Smoking outdoors is permitted in Hungary. CANCELLATIONS We do all we can to ensure all tours run as scheduled. However, in the rare event the tour is canceled guests will be notified by SMS/WhatsApp if a tour if canceled. DRESS CODE: Guests should wear sensible practical clothing for walking outdoors. A minimum of shorts and a T-shirt must be worn at all times. Topless guests or those guests wearing only thongs or political slogans will be denied participation.
