- Booking details — your name, email, phone number, the tour, date, time and number of guests.
- Account details — if you create an account, your name, email and a securely hashed password.
- Payment information — payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details; we only record whether a booking was paid and a transaction reference.
- Technical data — basic, non-identifying information needed to run the site, plus optional analytics cookies (only with your consent).
How we use it
- To take and manage your booking and send confirmation and reminder emails.
- To run your account and show your booking history.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases are performance of a contract (your booking), your consent (marketing and analytics cookies), and our legitimate interests in running the business.
Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers who help us operate: PayPal (payments), Brevo (transactional emails) and Google Maps (showing meeting points). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking and accounting records are kept as long as required by law (typically up to 7 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing. Email admin@perfecteuropeantours.com and we will respond within one month.
