These terms apply to all bookings made with Perfect European Tours. By booking a tour you agree to them.

Free tours

Free tours operate at fixed times and meeting points and run on a tip-based basis. There is no fixed advance price and no cost to join — you pay your guide what you feel the tour was worth at the end. They are designed for individual travellers and small groups (fewer than 7). Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start. Groups of 8 or more should contact us to arrange a private tour.

Paid and private tours

Paid tours show the price per guest (or a flat price for private groups) at the time of booking. Payment is taken via PayPal, or you may reserve and pay on the day where that option is offered. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received or, for pay-later and free tours, once you complete checkout.

Bookings and tickets

Tours run on the days and times shown on each tour page. Capacity is limited; a slot is only secured once your booking is confirmed. Please bring your order number to the meeting point.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible at budapest@perfecteuropeantours.com. We may cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety or insufficient numbers; where a paid tour is cancelled by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Your conduct

Please follow your guide's reasonable instructions and behave respectfully towards the group, the public and the places you visit. We may decline to carry anyone who is abusive or intoxicated, without refund. Pub crawl tours are for participants aged 18 and over.

Liability

You join tours at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury or damage except where caused by our negligence.
